Clean the mushrooms fresh from the dirt. Sliced lengthwise.&lt;br /&gt;2. Place the mushroom slices into a container, pour hot water, aduk2 minute.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bersihkan jamur segar dari kotoran. Iris -iris memanjang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Letakkan irisan jamur ke dalam wadah, siram dengan air panas, aduk2 sebentar.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tiriskan jamur tiram, sedikit tekan/peras, hingga air berkurang.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kocok lepas telur ayam, beri garam &amp;amp; penyedap rasa, rasa disesuaikan selera&lt;br /&gt;    masing-masing. Kentang dipotong persegi panjang, lalu dicuci sekitar 4 sampai 5 kali untuk&lt;br /&gt;     menghilangkan getah kentang. Getah inilah yang membuat kentang cepat lembek&lt;br /&gt;     setelah di goreng.&lt;br /&gt;2. Setelah air cucian terlihat cukup bening, siapkan rebusan air.&lt;br /&gt;     Rebus kentang yang telah dicuci, jangan terlalu lama kira2 cukup 1 menit.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tiriskan kentang, selagi panas taburi tepung terigu dan perisa lain&lt;br /&gt;     sesuai dengan selera. Jangan menambahkan tepung beras (walaupun tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;     atau aci  dapat membuat gorengan semakin renyah).&lt;br /&gt;4. Taburi tepung selagi panas&lt;br /&gt;5. Ratakan dengan cara diaduk perlahan agar tepung menyelimuti seluruh batangan kentang.&lt;br /&gt;6. Simpan didalam kulkas selama 1 jam atau lebih sampai akan digoreng.&lt;br /&gt;    Jangan di dalam freezer, kecuali jika ingin disimpan dalam waktu yang cukup lama ( 2minggu).&lt;br /&gt;7. Siapkan minyak panas yang masih baru, goreng kentang hingga seluruhnya&lt;br /&gt;     terendam minyak. Minyak harus dalam keadaan benar2 panas.&lt;br /&gt;8. Tambahkan garam sesuai selera, aduk hingga rata (bisa dicicipi untuk mengetahui&lt;br /&gt;        rasa bumbunya)&lt;br /&gt;  10. Masukkan susu, coklat bubuk dan kopi. Rebus sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang adonan ke dalam kontainer plastik atau stainless steel. Bekukan dalam freezer sampai mengental (2 jam). Keluarkan, kocok dengan mikser atau blender sampai lembut. Bekukan lagi.&lt;br /&gt;Sementara itu, kocok krim kental sampai mengembang dan membentuk puncak tumpul. Simpan dalam lemari es sampai saat digunakan.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah adonan es krim membeku lagi, keluarkan dan kocok lagi sampai lembut. Campurkan krim kocok dalam 3 tahapan ke dalam es krim yang telah dilembutkan, aduk balik hingga rata.
