* One pack of fresh oyster mushrooms (about 2ons)
* 1 egg Antero Grains (whole)
* Salt
* Seasonings Pain
* 100 gr Flour
* 50 gr cornstarch
* 2 grams Baking Powder
How to Make
1. Clean the mushrooms fresh from the dirt. Sliced lengthwise.
2. Place the mushroom slices into a container, pour hot water, aduk2 minute.
3. Drain oyster mushrooms, a little press / squeeze, until the water is reduced.
4. Beat the eggs out, put salt & flavor, flavor tastes adjusted
respectively. Whisk until salt has dissolved.
5. Dip mushrooms into the beaten egg, coat evenly.
6. Enter dye mushroom into the batter of flour, stir with diremas2
until the flour stuck to the mold perfectly.
7. Heat the flame to medium alone, do not get too hot, fry the mushrooms until mealy
perfectly dry, lift the drain, ready to be served with various toppings / sprinkles.
